have a query that <> certain names- but still want null values to display

I have a query in test database- qry1
I don't want certain records to display in the categories field-
<> PC <> Obsolete and <> Parts Area
But when I run query - it also does not display records that have a null value in that field- i
Is there a way to also display the records with nothing entered for categories field?

    try this where clause

    WHERE [Categories] Not In ("PC","Obsolete","Parts Area") OR [Categories] Is Null
