i want to know if my PC support EXSI or not

i have PC :

1- CPU : core 2 quad q9650
2- Motherboard : Asus P5Q3
3- Ram 16 GB DDR3

if my PC support EXSI or EXS ??

if yes : what the ver of ESX or EXSI i need to download
if NO : why ?

Note : i dont want the VMware Compatibility Guide url link
only yes or no answer

    Only ESXi can be download for free.

    I know for a fact you will need to modify the VMware ESXi installation to make it work on that motherboard, and due to a breach of the EULA, modifying or hacking the VMware ESXi installation is not allowed to be discussed here on EE.

    There is a lot more to running ESXi than just the motherboard. However, according to the compatibility list, the answer is "no".

    Will it run? Probably, but you'll have to do some work installing the required controller and network card drivers (if they exist).

    Check here the Asus P5Q3 is listed as working with ESXi 4.x

    We've had issues with the storage and network controller.
