Where are the junk email rule stored on the client or the exchange server? (ie user added safe sender and block sender)<br />

On the clients that will allow (ie desktop and laptop) we use outlook 2010 client. This is using an Exchange 2003 backend. If the user create a junk mail rule on her laptop, will that rule be available on her deskop. Will it also apply to his mobile clients?
