replace 64-bit Explorer shell with 32 Explorer shell
Is it possible to revert the Explorer shell in 2008 R2 64-bit so that it is the 32 bit shell? Can we mix and match?

Yes, it has shell integration. I haven't installed WinZip with it, but the proper right-click menu options are there for all my other file types. It's highly configurable too, you can customize Windows Explorer, add custom buttons, etc.
line, any update?

Your answer sounds promising. I am looking for some time/test machines to try them out on. I should be able to do so in the next little while. If not, I will close the question.
