Is it possible to setup a microsoft DHCP server for multiple subnets that are vlans on one switch.

For example I have networks / 16 and /24 on the same switch.  Is there a way to make that dhcp server serve addresses for both networks?

    Short answer is yes.
You simply create a scope for the remote network and activate it. On the switch that has the layer 3 interface for whichever VLAN, you configure an ip helper or dhcp relay entry on that interface with the IP address of the DHCP server.
