Cisco 2811 NM CUE Card-Login session

Hi Experts!

I have a Cisco 2811 ISR Router and is busy to setup the NM-CUE card for message procedures. My problem is that when I create a session with the card by using the following command, "service-module service-Engine 1/0 session” to login to the module, I can see it trying to connect to the IP Address of the CUE which is 10.1.10.2 on port 2066 but then the following messages appears as per the attach file. I have also included the  Boot Sequence and Config file for your attention.

Could someone please advice or tell me what the problem is. Your feedback is appreciated......thnx. Cisco2811-Boot Cisco2811-Config.txt

The software on the module has gone wrong.

following the instructions to upgrade the software should fix it.
