I have a Ts3200 tape drive on IBM X3650 M3 server with windows 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition sp2.<br />

This tape drive was initially configured by someone else so I dont exactly understand the process.<br />
<br />
It is a fibre connection connected directly with the server, I had a problem with the drive and I tried to reinstall the driver when I lost a fibre connection in Host connectivity manager.<br />
<br />
it comes up with a localhost down &quot;failed to connect to agent on host localhost&quot; hence I cannot see tape device indevice manager either.<br />
