How to do a backup and restore on SQLexpress

I want to do a backup and restore on my SQLexpress database.

you can use command prompt also
Backup:
start>>Run>>sqlcmd -S.\SQLExpress
1> BACKUP DATABASE dbName TO DISK = 'path'
2> GO
Restore:
sqlcmd -S.\SQLExpress
1> RESTORE DATABASE dbName FROM DISK = 'path'
2> GO

Run the above command in Sql management studio

BACKUP DATABASE dbName TO DISK = 'path'

RESTORE DATABASE dbName FROM DISK = 'path'

path is the physical path on the hard disk
eg. "D:\Data\FileName"
