Login for users takes forever. My users are logging into the Windos Server 2008 R2 x64 terminal server, it hangs in the welcome screen for like 3-5minutes. Checking the server, it seems like the lsm.exe is waiting for something.<br />

It keeps getting this error:<br />
The Windows logon process has unexpectedly terminated.<br />

If I keep the server alive for a while the issue seems to fix itself, but this can takes all from 10minutes to 12 hours. I have 8 terminal servers and it happend to almost all of the servers within a few weeks ago, when we had updated the servers with new versions of flashplayer etc.<br />

Any idea what might cause this?
