PowerPoint Crashes - 2010 - Windows 7

Able to launch the Power Point , Editing the same crashes and closes the PowerPoint.
it happened for both 2007 & 2010. how to fix this?

    Try running a virus scan, and defragging.
    Are you low on disk space?
    Did you just upgrade your PowerPoint, or is this problem on multiple computers?

    We have tried all the options you mentioned. but no luck. Problem with one pc

    Is powerpoint the only crashing program?

    Check add-ins. File | Options | Add-ins. What's installed? Especially if there's a bluetooth add-in, disable that and see if PPT stops crashing.

    Also make sure you have a default printer driver specified and installed locally. Follow the instrux at for that
