Outlook will only show emails in the following folders when working in offline mode, no sub folders:

Some Calendar Events (Only the ones that were synced with a mobile – Nokia synced, Outlook created items are not displayed until he goes online)
Deleted items

We're running Exchange 2007, Outlook 2010 and Windows 7,.  How do we make outlook view all folders?
