okay You dont need a silverlight tutorial then
you need a CSS tutorial
Banners are just picutres that are positioned as a header in any given page

using silverlight is no differnt you still use CSS to position a banner

In silverlight, there is silverlight page.
I could put stackpanel, datagrid and etc.

How could I put banner there ?
