Exchange 2010 + MS Exchange Search Indexer

My MS Exchange Search Indexer keeps hanging.
I want to find out which mailbox database it hangs on.

Is there a way to find out which mailbox database the 'Search Indexer' is polling?
How do you trouble shoot 'Ms Exchange Serach Indexer'.

I tried this command:
Get-FailedContentIndexDocuments -MailboxDatabase

But this is not really what I want.

Any suggestions would help.

Also what is interesting there is nothing in the event viewer which indicates there is a problem, thati s what threw me.

what is the update\reports on the Event Viewer?

If nothing conclusive, i would recommend the "ResetsearchIndex.ps1" with the individual Databases as the options
Then watch for the application-logs to get the correct\expected eventIDs
