I am trying to the latest version of the cisco vpn client on a windows 2003 64 bit machine.  It gets 75 percent of the instiall and then just sits there..I have left it for over 4 hours  I have tried the previous install also. Any suggestions?

this can be problem of wise installer and vbscript

you just make sure that the vbscript has been installed
in the run just type  regsvr32.exe <path to vbscript.dll>

this below link has given the details..you can take help from that
