Mac Mail does not play nice with Exchange 2003. It needs Exchange 2007 to sync properly. For Exchange 2003, the user needs to use MS Entourage which came as part of MS Office 2004 or MS Office 2008.

I checked the configuration and everything appears to be correct. &nbsp;I asked the user to rebuild the database. &nbsp;He informed me that he rebuilt the database, and sent out emails, but the send items are still not syncing with the Macbook.

I have a user who has his Macbook mail setup to get his exchange mail. &nbsp;He is running into a problem where his sent items do not sync properly. &nbsp;Has anyone run into this issue and was able to fix the problem? &nbsp;I am not a strong MAC user, but will do my best to follow the suggestions.
