Outlook Calendar permission jumps back to default setting (only free/busy)!?

In our company we want te see the nog only the free/busy information but also subject and location.
We put this setting in Outlook calendar in the delegates tab to free/busy, subject and location.
But when we change something in the delegate section (under extra option delegate tab) it switches back to only free/busy????!?!!?

Is this by design?

You'll be better off using the Management Shell to change the 'Default' user AccessRights on the Calendar folder for the users that you want.

To find the existing AccessRights for the 'Default' user on someone's calendar, run this cmdlet:

    get-mailboxfolderpermission -identity\calendar | fl

You will see the output as such

    RunSpaceID :xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
    FolderName: Calendar
    User: Default

What you need to do is to change the AvailabilityOnly to LimitedDetails (aka Free/Busy time, subject, location).

Here is the cmdlet for that:

set-mailboxfolderpermission -identity\calendar -user Default -AccessRights LimitedDetails

If that worked OK and you're happy with the results, you can run that domain-wide using this script:

    Foreach ($item in $allmailbox){
Set-mailboxfolderpermission –identity ($item.alias+’:\calendar’) –user Default –Accessrights LimitedDetails
