Dreamweaver cs5.5 SFTP, EFT Server
Greetings
I am trying to connect to my FTP Server with Dreamweaver using SFTP (port 22). I can connect using FTP (port 21). I can also connect using the same credentials, with SFTP using CuteFTP client.
Any suggestions?

Dreamweaver has problems with certain SFTP configurations and may never connect. Make sure you specify full path landing directories on the server side (i.e. not "/") and try it again.

Thanks Jason
I tried specifying a full path. Did not make a difference.
I have the authentication set to "Password only". No public key is required.
Any other thoughts/suggestions?

FYI
Dreamweaver CS5.5 and Contribute CS5.1 do not work. Coldfusion Builder 2 and CuteFTP 8.3 client do work.
We are using password authentication as according to this KB artical: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/406/kb406569.html
Thanks for any help.

As before, there are FTP servers that Adobe products just won't work with in SFTP mode and you seem to have won the lottery.
I have a link on the work computer that might help but IIRC the cure is worse than the disease (SFTP via SSH tunnel). I'll dig it up and send it over in a couple of hours.

I would have preferred a solution where I could use Dreamweaver to move files.
