I have some fax machines, Canon and Ricoh multi-functions machine. I am looking for a way to implement secure faxing. How do i confogure secure faxing "encrypting the fax"?

you really need two identical model faxes that support the feature. faxes are a pretty low tech device, and secure faxes, like colour faxes are a bit non-standard.
in many respects i would look at scan to email and then encrypt the email

For this feature I suggest a fax server.

It is pricy but if a solution like this is needed, then it's not for free.

Like the previous commenter said, I would scan to mail, then encrypt the message and send it via email.

Think about this in the scenario, the recieving fax machine would also need to be able to decrypt the message for this solution to work.
