Hi,

I have two Sharepoint sites and wish to share a Document Library between the sites.

Site 1 - Document Library named Docs (Different domain)

Site 2 - I want to access the Docs Document Library and upload content

there is no direct way to achieve that but you can use the workaround detailed on this page :
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointgeneral/thread/05d2c900-c5cf-4dfa-ab9e-fe2d8fbb96ef/

However, you can display the list from a sub-site to a top-level site. Here is how:

Hello,

what exactly are you after? If a doc library exists in Site A, then Site B can have list view web parts to view the and upload documents.

What does not work with that?

A document can only "live" in one place. How do you define "Sharing"?

cheers, teylyn

I have two different sharepoint sites. If I have a DL in Site 1 and I want Site 2 which is on a different domain to access the DL and upload docs to it. How would i do it?

Sorry, I think across domains it requires more than just Sharepoint. Have a read through the comments on this

especiall "If you really need a client side cross-domain solution, you’ll certainly have to turn to another option, for example JSONP or a combination of Flash and JavaScript."
