I was wondering what sort of tools are available that used by experts for creating php projects in a short space of time. I need to create a prototype of an e-commerce site within weeks. &nbsp;i have looked into Embarcadero RAD studio xe2. what are your opinions on this suite? and please advice on alternatives.<br />
