How to Check a Visual Studio Project Into Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2008/Team Foundation Server 2010

I am attempting to check in a new Windows C# form project into Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2008, or Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010. (I am unaware of which version my company is currently using.) And, I was wondering if someoen would be able to tell me how I would go about checking in, or adding the new project I am working on, to TFS. Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to right-click either the Solution or Project in Solution Explorer and select "Add XXX to Source Control". You'll need to set up a connection to your TFS server if you haven't already done so. This can be accomplished via Tools->Connect to Team Foundation Server.
