Customizing a Spry Horizontal Menubar

Earlier today I learned from an Expert about adding "min-width:720px;"  to ul.MenuBarHorizontal so that the menu text does not wrap awkwardly, or overflow its container, if the window is narrowed.  That worked on the particular MenuBar in question, but when I applied it to a similar Spry horizontal menubar, it didn't work!  The menu bar is at www.mauitradewinds.com/RezEasy/rezeasy.html  Please advise.

You applied it in CSS file but not in one on website, so just re-upload it.

Thank you for your comment.  I did apply it to the version on the web server.  Just in case, I uploaded it again, and it still isn't performing as expected.

I refreshed my browser (IE9) and it still isn't working.  On other systems in my office (IE8 and IE7) it isn't working. But the previous page menu, which you initially helped me to fix, is working under all three versions of IE.  The menu for this new question. works properly under Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Check wherethere !DOCTYPE is specified.
I think it's commented out.

Quite right. !DOCTYPE is missing.  When I added it, the layout of the page became distorted.  However, the menu behaved as expected, finally.  I'll need to work on the layout question, but the menu question is solved.  Thanks!
