Access Remote DVR thru VPN

We have Sonitrol cameras in our Santa Ana Plant.  A network Guru set it up there behind a firewall and set up a VPN tunnel on our firewall so that we could access it.

We have another site a few blocks away and we would like for them to be able to monitor the cameras.  They are on a different network segment.  We are 192.168.100.0/24 and we are 192.168.111.0/24.  We have added their network addressing to the Local in the VPN tunnel,
but they cannot see it.

We don't have any onsite gurus, so if anyone knows what to do, please explain clearly.

Thanks

Lots of questions.

Is it a site to site tunnel at the current locations or a client application?

Does the new site have a firewall or other edge appliance to build a tunnel if it is a site to site config?

What does the Santa Ana plant have for an edge device?

What subnet is at each of the 3 locations?

What have you configured at the Santa Ana site and at the new site in your attempts?

I believe that it is site to site, set up on our Firebox with WatchGuard.

The new site does have a firewall.

Each of the 3 locations is at 255.255.255.0 subnet.

Nothing has been set up at the Santa Ana site in our attempts.

Mike,

Thank you for your willingness to help.  I think that we are going to need a Guru onsite because this one is too tough for our little pea brains!

Ok then.   You can just close the question and assign points without having a mod do it for you....

Thanks.
