Exchange 2007 mail queued

Please help, we have an Exchange 2007 environment, 2 MBX (1 Exchange 2007 SP1 and 1 Exchange 2007 SP3), 2 HUB and CAS, both Exchange 2007 SP1, I just add a new 2007 SP3 with HUB and CAS roles. We have four sites that are configured in send connectors, one site is not working with the new HUB server, and all emails send to this site was queued in the new HUB server, old HUB servers are ok to send emails to this site. Any idea where I should start to troubleshoot? Thanks in advance.

what is the queue error?!

The queuing is typically caused by a miscommunication between the HUB and the Mailbox or Edge server.  From the new HUb server, test connectivity to the destination server from a basic perspective (name resolution, UNC level access, telnet to port 25, etc...).

The first thing I recommend is getting the other servers up to the same version level as the new server.  Although I have not seen any documented instances of version conflicts, it is not unheard of.

ASKER

Error I got:

451 4.4.0 DNS query failed. The error was: SMTPSEND.DNS.NonExistentDomain; noexistent domain
Are the DNS server settings correct on the Hub and on the system that is unreachable?
