Locked touch display panel Ricoh Aficio MP C2500

I just acquired  a Savin C2525, but it's really a debranded Ricoh MP C2500. I had a few issues with it that have been worked out, but there is still a problem with the touch display panel. It looks fine, the display works, but the touch feature is locked or disabled, and I can't figure out how to either reset the machine, or enable the panel.

Quick background:

I run a computer repair shop, so I am very familiar with technology, but I hate copiers and printers. I can do some maintenance and configure them, but that's about where my experience ends.

The printer works, and I can make copies.
I can log into the web interface.
I have tried to reset the device, but it did not fix the touchpanel
There are no errors or error indicator lights on.

And I don't know if this is normal, but when the copier starts up after it's done initializing the display is completely up, there is a medium long beep.

OK I had the same problem on Ricoh 3500 copier.
the problem is with touchpad  glass.
You have to call Ricoh support and they have to change it after the change it will work.

Thanks, do you know about how much it will cost to replace?

Im not sure I have maintenance contract with Ricoh so they change, repair everything with no extra cost.
the best thing is that you call Ricoh support maybe you still have warranty.
