Word from Office 2003 (SP3) crashes when closing Outlook on Windows 7

On a new Win7 (32-Bit) Laptop I´ve installed Office 2003 Pro and Office SP3.

Now, when I close Outlook, a window open stating Word has discovered a problem and must be close / restartet. After some seconds a new Word windows is opened.

I´ve tried a complete uninstall and re-install of Office 2003 but the problem is still there.
I´ve deleted NORMAL.DOT, but again - problem is still there.
I´ve done a new users-profile (with admin-rights) - problem is still there.
The default printer is a locally installed printer with actual printer-driver from Microsoft Update.

Any help, what I can try ?

Regards,

Bernhard

There a now Add-Ins listed in Word. (It´s a new installed Office/Word).

This is not, what the user want. He want to use Word as Email-Editor.

I discovered the following: When I start outlook via commandline in Save-Mode (Modes 1-4)
the problem disappears. But when I revert to non-Save-Mode, the problem is back :-(

The problem is gone since some day,
but I don´t discovered any cause for the trouble.

Maybe restarting Outlook some times in the various save-modes cured the problem.

So for now this can be closed for me.
