Hi,
I have a user who is using Outlook 2003 and since Monday has reported that he NK2 files isn't populating all the contacts, weird thiing is I looked at it and emailed a new contact and it saved it, but others are missing.  I downloaded a tool called NK2Edit and when I open the file it says "the header of the NK2 file says there are only 27 entries, but we found 977" so there in there, anyone seen this before of know a fix?

Thanks

Depend on what you expect on that "fix"... because to have a clean, uncorrupted NK2 file you could just delete it and it will be recreated automatically - see here how to do it: Cleaning Outdated Email from AutoComplete (.nk2 file) in the Simply Start Over section.

To save the addresses from it because the user don't have them in the Address Book so will have no chance to "reload" them in the NK2 file you already found one tool that will help you exatracting that e-mail addresses. After extraction I would recomend to clear (delete) that file to make sure you will have a correct file after that.
