New SBS users cannot connect to Exchange

We have a SBS 2008 server and a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. We have about 15 users who are able to use all funtionality, including Exchange through Outook 2007. The strange thing is when we add a new user they cannot connect to Exchange using Outlook 2007. When configuring Outlook the user is prompted for his credentails, but they're not accepted. These new users are working on the exact same terminal server, thus the exact same Outlook installation. OWA works just fine for all users.

Any ideas?

Autodiscover is working just fine, it seems, but the credentails just aren't accepted.
The error is (translated from Dutch) that there is no connection to Exchange available.
Are the DNS servers set correctly on the terminal server?

What happens if you do a manual configuration in outlook and insert the exchange server instead of auto?

DNS servers are correct (older users can access their mail just fine).

Manual configuration in Outlook leads to the exact same problems.
Solved! The users did not have a home folder and therefore couldn't connect to Exchange using Outlook. After configuring their home folder Outlook immediately connected to Exchange
