In outlook 2007 is there a way to create several contacts froma single contact?
Example I have a contact for john doe who works for big buisness.com and I have all his info.
Now I want to add a contact for steve, mike and jim who all work for big buisness.com and have all the same info. The only things that are different are there name, email address and mobile numbers.
How can I create these from john does cobtact so we dont have to re enter addreses office numbers and fax numbers,notes and so on?
