Spoof Anti Virus portection starts when I start windows 7 and disables every function

Whenever I boot up my Windows 7 PC I automatically get a bogus virus protection and virus utility program to start to run. I can't run anything on the machine nor can I remove the software. I have gone into the msconfig and disabled everything there is on the startup.

Any suggestions?

Reboot the PC into safe mode.

Download combofix

Download TDSSKiller

http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208280684

Run combofix first and let it scan and clean.
Once rebooted, run TDSSKiller.

How can I find the startup folder?

Commented:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

All Users startup folder should be C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
