I would highly recommend Kaseya. Although it's not the cheapest, it does work well. They also have a mobile client for your phone which is great for being able to quickly keep track of tickets while out of the office or unable to access your laptop.

One good Website that you may want to look at is
www.zoho.com
It has a bunch of good tools that may help you. But Spiceworks is also great for small network.

I would recommend Solve Direkt for you. Its not Freeware and not OpenSource but its definetly not too expensive and has a lot of good features for Helpdesk
