Global Sim Cards

That could be a bit difficult for anyone to answer.
IT would require someone who travels a lot. Why do you ask something like this?
Whoever is your carrier of choice it should roam .

Our product promoters travels on a daily basis across the global.  The cost of the data card usage is high and there a lot of poor coverage is many remote areas.  We have no carrier of choice, thus looking at all different options.

We use the provider 3 in the UK, because their SIMs support the 2G and 3G networks, if you visit Japan, there are 3G only, and normal provider SIMs will not work with their network.

3 in the UK is the only exclusive 3G network.

We had great usage across the globe, however roaming data charges are astronomical! very expensive!

AT&T are probably going to be your best bet for roaming agreements with other countries due to the number of relationships they have.

WiFi hotsposts is probably the best option after that - select a service with partners throughout the world:
