You probably have a virus, run some scans with different software like malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) and spybot search and destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html) and as many antivirus software as you can get since they all don't detect everything.

Also download autoruns (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx) from Microsoft to see if there is something starting with windows that should not be.
