SQL Server 2008 Standard Licensing and VMotion

Ok so after reading several documents trying to understand Microsoft's licensing restrictions for SQL Server 2008 and virtualization I have gotten nowhere.

I know that Microsoft lifted the 90 day restriction with moving VMs between hosts for SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and Datacenter editions. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the restrictions are for moving VMs between hosts for SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard? And can anyone point me to a good document that outlines the restrictions in this scenario?

Thanks.

It looks like the 90 rule is only waived if you bought SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise or Datacenter, or have a volumne license.

Otherwise, I believe the 90 day rule stands for Standard edition.
