I support a business Exhcange 2010 environment with 2 new Exchange 2010 CASHUB/MAILBOX servers and getting prepared to setup a DAG , can someone provide details how the CAS/HUB faiils over, do I need to setup NLB?

You cannot set up NLB on servers that are also part of a DAG, it's not supported. The way in which you fail over is that you do the following:
1. Move all active databases to the secondary server
2. Update DNS for the url that clients are using to connect to it so that the IP points to the secondary server instead of the primary.

Are your servers into different physical locations? If so, then you want to do a data center switch over: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351049.aspx

Also, here is a useful step-by-step guide that I used when I first did this: http://www.shudnow.net/2009/10/29/exchange-2010-rtm-dag-using-server-2008-r2-%E2%80%93-part-1/.

I now see that you must use a hardware load balancer due to a Windows limitation preventing you from using Windows NLB and Clustering Services on the same Windows box.  Alternatively, you can deploy two dedicated CAS Servers and utilize Windows NLB to load balance your RPC Client Access Server traffic.

NLB cannot be on the mailbox server ? If CAS\HUB  Servers are seprate and  utilize NLB can I avoid having to buy a hardware load balancer?
Yes, you can use network load balancing if your HUB/CAS servers or separate from the mailbox servers in the DAG.
