Install SP1 on existing exch 2010

This looks like you are running the setup again and tyring to click next without changing any options!

are you sure you are using the sp1 files?

This is what I downloaded. if not correct do you know where the sp1 download is located?

This is correct ! when you run the setup.exe can you share a snapshot of the splash screen ? it should be like this it should read SP1 and give you an upgrade option

the setup.exe on the bottom of the pic is the one i am running........

it is reading SP1 so it is the correct package but it is not giving the upgrade option !

following your first screen shot it is also seeing that excchange is installed!

that's weird, you are sure you are not already running sp1?

My current exch 2010 version is 14.01.0218.013

Exch is installed

well you are running sp1 :)

14.0 is RTM
14.01 is sp1

Nice! Upgrading BES and their support said I need SP1.....Is there  a higher version then I have?
