how can I get a history report of Server processes usage

We recently upgraded one of our software packages and the speed has slowed down.  What I want to do is monitor the server processes and be able to review it when I want to.  I have Process Explorer but didn't see a way to get a report of process history or even CPU usage.  I'm sure there must be a way to get this information.

Sorry, bur Process explorer will not do histories. You can save a report, but it is just a text file > file, save as.

But you can use perfmon.msc (performance monitor) it will give you reports and history...
Here are some links to investigate:

Just curious is there is a better retail or free product than perfmon?
