Date and Time Box appears everytime I login to Windows 7

Everytime I log on to Windows 7, the date and time box startsup. Is there any way to stop it? I've checked: msconfig, startup and used Autoruns. Nothing seems to work.

Look for something like this in registry:
"C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe" Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "C:\Windows\system32\timedate.cpl"

It can be a profile issue.
Does this happen with everyone who logs in to the server or is it only you.?
If everyone : Then try to get the machine up in safe mode and check if the still persists.
If only YOU : Then try renaming the profile folder C:\Users\UserName

Let me know..
