How do I migrate a Win Print Server 2003 and create it on a Server 2008?

I presently have a Windows Server 2003 that is our company print server. It is beginning to have issues and I recently just created a new Win 2008 Standard server. Without disrupting the organization too much I want to retire the 2003 server and use the 2008 serverver. Is there a way to import those printers that are presently on the 2003 box and move them to the 2008 box with little down time.

not that i am aware of..plus to minimise workstation issues you really want the server name and printer shares to be the same.
as they will be connected to by \\servername\printer

yes windows printer migration tool - which works fine unless you are changing platforms as well e.g. going from x86 to x64 where the problem of the x64 printer driver arises
