When i checked all the WebDav settings and all is correct there.

what i did notice though was SCCM install didnt seem to set up IIS correctly  (this is a guess)

the only folders in iis are

 IIS layout
Windows 2008 R2

SCCM 2007 R3

I really dont know how to proceed.

any help or guideance would be apreciated

Cheers

How about the golden rule when in doubt re-install? If this is meant to become a production network resource and you have only the slightest doubt that something didnt work out right during the install - I'd be starting over - before banging my head against the wall - wall always wins.

Well i double checked all the settings and went through the manuals again just to make sure i didnt miss anything , reinstalled and same thing happend

no CCM_system folder in IIS.

its almost as if the management point isnt installing or something
Please download the ConfigMgr ToolKit v2 and run the MP Troubleshooter against the MP.
Also post the MPSetup.logs.
Have you configured IIS and WebDav correct?
Hi,

  > Check the configuration especially about the site components and status message.
  > Check client installation methods are enabled.
  > Check the MP is working fine.
  > If  MP is working fine, can you install a client manually and verify the communication.
  > If you are not getting any hint, consider re-installing the IIS and do a site-repair.

This will republish the information in IIS. Make sure that, all IIS prereq are configured correctly. Like differential replication, modification of the config files. Test whether your webdav settings are getting reflected in the IIS files properly.

Ren.
