How do I avoid to automatically get logged in to GMX webmail when entering the URL?

I have two webmail accounts at www.gmx.com (www.gmx.co.uk), but when I type the web address in the browser and press the return key, I immediately get automatically logged in.

I have Mozilla Firefox. Is there any setting so I don't get automatically logged in in Firefox? Or do I have to empty the cache each time?

Actually, now it worked, I got to the login page without automatically getting logged in for some reason. But why does it happen sometimes that it's impossible to get to the login page without automatically getting logged in?

once you allow the browser to safe your password for that particular page and check to remember your login credentials on that page the browser will supply that information for you next time you visit the site - accordingly you'll get logged in seemingly automatically. IE and I am sure Firefox as well offer to delete stored credentials e.g. like cookies and stored oasswords.

Try to completely log out of GMX before you close your browser.

Probably you just closed your browser, but there still was a cookie left on your
machine which logged you in automatically.
Clearing all cookies from gmx in your browser might also work, but is less safe.
