Google Chrome And Maxthon Web Browsers Are Not Able To Share Or Split The WIndows 7 Desktop Screen With Another Window? Why? How Can I Fix It?

Question: Hello. I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I use the popular web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, and Maxthon (all latest versions). Now, when I use the Windows 7’s options from the taskbar “Show windows stacked” or “Show windows side by side”, when I have any other window open for any program/application and either Chrome or Maxthon web browser window open; the other window open will FILL the ENTIRE screen and not share or split the screen with either Chrome or Maxthon web browsers ONLY. Either Chrome or Maxthon web browser windows are placed in the background behind the other open window. It appears I am assigning blame to the other window open that FILLS the ENTIRE screen. I am not. It is actually something to do with either Chrome or Maxthon web browsers that seem to be causing this for not sharing the screen.

What is going on here? Is there any way so even Chrome and Maxthon web browsers can SHARE the screen with the other window open for whatever it happens to be?

Thanks!

Hello! Yes, this is a 'manual' solution. It works for me. I am curious why Chrome and Maxthon web browsers do not share the screen unlike to other web browsers can?
Not really sure.  The last time I looked at maxthon many years ago, it was more or less a shell around ie.
