I have an old PalmOne Treo 650 and want to put some videos on it.  I have a conversion software that can take avi or mpeg and convert it to any other format.  I am saving these files to the SD card that I inserted in the Treo.  The conversion works fine but the file when played lags to the point of not being able to watch it.  Is this because it is reading it from the SD card or because the processor or memory of the Treo won't allow it keep up with the video?  Is there any software out there that can encode a video file that will allow the Treo to play video files without a lag? The file size for the videos I am trying are about 350 Mb.
