I have a user who's email is not archiving in Vault. It's not archiving automatically according to set policies and I cannot archive it manually. When archiving manually I get the "clock" placeholder and it returns to a normal Outlook envelope. I am able to archive from my email. The user recently received a new OS, and it appears this was happening on the old OS as well. So I don't think it's related to the plugin.

Looking at the user's archive properties, it doesn't state the archive is full. Suggestions? I'm new to Vault so I might be missing something simple.
