We have third party applications here that sends email from our exchange email accounts to other receipents in the building (on the same domain).  The emails that are being sent are from our @domain.net accounts that are a part of our Exchange environment but the emails are being handled by Outlook as junk mail.  How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks.

You have to add the email address to the safe sender list in outlook.

I have done this using GPO and a text file. But cannot remember the exact location within the GPO off by heart.

Will be able to send the details to you tomorrow morning when I get to the office.

Cheers!!!

Ok.  We have added them to the safe senders list but we shouldnt have to with them emails coming from our own domain.  right?

When sending emails from some applications the header of the email gets amended so it seems to outlook like it is spam, and thus the moving to Junk occurs. Like I said we had the same issue in our environment.

Hope this makes sense.
