Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010 sending company domain emails to junk mail
We have third party applications here that sends email from our exchange email accounts to other receipents in the building (on the same domain). The emails that are being sent are from our @domain.net accounts that are a part of our Exchange environment but the emails are being handled by Outlook as junk mail. How can I resolve this issue?

You have to add the email address to the safe sender list in outlook.
I have done this using GPO and a text file. But cannot remember the exact location within the GPO off by heart.

Ok. We have added them to the safe senders list but we shouldnt have to with them emails coming from our own domain. right?
