Stamp Email Message and Open

We have some automation between Outlook and Access using VBA.

My users want to be able to click an Order record and open the originating email in outlook.

We write the orders from Outlook to Access.  What field ID can I use to do this an Outlook email?

Then what do I write to find it and pop it up for the user?

Orders go into a share Outlook box.

Thanks!

Suggest to pass the EntryID & mail subject to access when create the order.
And then you may get access to mail in outlook by entry id ....

Sample code to get back the item ...

set App = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
set NS = App.GetNamespace("MAPI")
NS.Logon
set Msg = NS.GetItemFromID(EntryID)
MsgBox Msg.Subject
