Hello Experts
I am trying to add a KONICA MINOLTA 5650EN printer on the Windows Server R2. I have installed 64bit drivers, tested the printer and it prints ok from the server. Now, I went to one of the XP machine on the same domain, I can find the shared printer from this machine from the find printer wizard using an IP address ex: \\\printername but its giving me an error

"the server for the "konica minolta pp5650" printer does not have the correct printer driver installed"

I am unable to do the following

1) install x84 drivers on the server using "install additional driver" option

2) install the x84 drivers manually on the client computer by browsing the driver

Please can someone advise if the above makes any sense?
