I'm having an odd issue when receiving calls from an 888 number. The 888 number is forwarded to a local number.
Whenever a customer calls the number, the customer can hear the service agent but the agent unable to hear the caller.
Any ideas or troubleshooting steps to take? I currently have a call in with our services provider but I'm not sure which end is causing the issue.
We are running a CUE 7.1.5 as a service module in a C2800.
