Need to move my SharePoint Services 3.0 (database too) to SharePoint Foundation 2010.

Need to move the SharePoint site that resides on SharePoint Services 3.0 on Server 2003 R2 Standard (32-bit) to SharePoint Foundation 2010 on Server 2008 R2 Standard and has a SQL database residing on a seperate server (Server 2008 R2) running SQL Server 2005 Standard x64 SP4.

Anyone know of any write-ups or step-by-step instructions of how to perform this?

Thanks in advance.

If I am understanding your needs correctly, I believe this technet article should include what you need to upgrade your database to SP2010.

OK, so I would need to configure the SPF 2010 and get it the way I want it or replicate the same settings as the current SP services 3.0 server then use this to move the database content over to the new SPF 2010 server?
