User Folder/Calendar Synchronization Error

A user reported today, that he has been receiving several of these every couple of hours. They appear in his default Inbox folder. I have never seen this error before.

The user receiving the error, has been granted full permissions by the owner of the Calendar.

Clicking the link takes me nowhere useful.

Any ideas?
